People are endlessly complex. That has never felt like a challenge to me — it has always felt like an invitation. From early on, I was drawn to understanding why people think the way they think, feel the way they feel, and carry what they carry. That curiosity became the foundation of everything I do.

Over more than two decades of working with people across cultures, continents, and chapters of life, I have come to believe one thing deeply: most people are not broken. They are simply moving through a world that rarely slows down long enough to ask how they are really doing. My goal has always been to create a space that changes that — somewhere you can show up exactly as you are, feel genuinely held, and do work that is honest, practical, and rooted in what matters to you.

At Prime Psychotherapy, we are a community built on that belief. We bring together a team of experienced, culturally sensitive therapists who work with youth, adults, couples, and families — offering care in English, Hindi, Arabic, Kannada, and Tamil.
