Meet Our Therapists
Julie Sadhu
Founder & Director of Prime Psychotherapy
“I have always believed that the most powerful thing you can offer another person is a space where they feel truly seen — without judgment, without pressure, and without having to earn it.”
People are endlessly complex. That has never felt like a challenge to me — it has always felt like an invitation. From early on, I was drawn to understanding why people think the way they think, feel the way they feel, and carry what they carry. That curiosity became the foundation of everything I do.
Over more than two decades of working with people across cultures, continents, and chapters of life, I have come to believe one thing deeply: most people are not broken. They are simply moving through a world that rarely slows down long enough to ask how they are really doing.
At Prime Psychotherapy, we bring together a team of experienced, culturally sensitive therapists who work with youth, adults, couples, and families — offering care in English, Hindi, Arabic, Kannada, and Tamil. Our practice has been grounded in rigorous, evidence-based care since 2003, and every treatment plan we design is collaborative, tailored, and built around your life.
Julie holds a Master of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Behavioral Health at Arizona State University, ensuring her practice remains grounded in the latest evidence-based standards of care.

Stacey Sukhra
Registered Psychotherapist • ADHD, Neurodivergence & IFS Therapy
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you have been quietly carrying the weight of stress, self-doubt, or emotional pain. Many of the clients I work with reach out because they feel “stuck” — despite doing their best to manage their careers, relationships, and family expectations.
I provide a structured yet deeply human space where you can gain practical mental health tools while feeling genuinely heard. Whether you are navigating a major life shift or seeking to understand long-standing emotional patterns, my goal is to help you build the resilience needed to create meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in supporting young adults, adults, and immigrants as they navigate the complexities of modern life, with a practice rooted in understanding how our backgrounds shape our present well-being. I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, tailoring my methods to your specific goals.
“If you are looking for compassionate care for your mental wellness, it would be my honour to support you on your journey toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.”
