ADHD, Neurodivergence & IFS Therapy |

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you have been quietly carrying the weight of stress, self-doubt, or emotional pain. Many of the clients I work with reach out because they feel “stuck.” Despite doing their best to manage their careers, relationships, and family expectations, they find themselves unsure how to navigate their inner world to move forward.
I provide a structured yet deeply human space where you can gain practical mental health tools while feeling genuinely heard. Whether you are navigating a major life shift or seeking to understand long-standing emotional patterns, my goal is to help you develop the resilience needed to create meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in supporting young adults, adults, and immigrants as they navigate the complexities of modern life. My practice is deeply rooted in understanding how our backgrounds shape our present well-being.
No two journeys are the same. I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, tailoring my methods to your specific goals. By blending clinical structure with compassionate dialogue, I help you reclaim your sense of balance.
I believe that balance is a practice, not a destination. Outside of my clinical work, I find my own equilibrium by hosting game nights with family and friends or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I bring the same value of connection, self-reflection, and lifelong learning to every session with my clients.
“If you are looking for compassionate care for your mental wellness, it would be my honour to support you on your journey toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.”

EMDR, The Gottman Method & Relationship Recovery |
In-Person
Strong, cohesive relationships are the foundation of our overall well-being. However, navigating interpersonal conflict, life transitions, or the echoes of past trauma can often leave us feeling disconnected. Whether you are seeking to repair a partnership or find personal emotional recovery, you do not have to navigate these challenges alone.
I provide a secure, culturally sensitive environment where clients feel truly valued and empowered to grow. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families bridge the gap between conflict and connection.
I specialize in helping partners re-establish trust and improve communication through evidence-based frameworks. My approach is practical and goal-oriented, designed to create long-lasting, constructive change.
As a bilingual therapist (Arabic and English), I am deeply passionate about lowering barriers to mental health care for immigrant and diverse populations. My own immigration experience and religious upbringing provide me with a profound appreciation for familial ties and the unique resilience required to navigate cultural adjustments.
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative journey. By combining relationship-focused methodologies with trauma-informed care, I help you develop the understanding and practical skills needed to thrive. My goal is to help you “one couple at a time” to foster a life filled with meaning and emotional intimacy.
“I am dedicated to helping you create stronger bonds and a healthier sense of self. Together, we can turn interpersonal difficulties into opportunities for empowerment and lasting change.

Life’s transitions and unexpected challenges can often feel like a heavy weight to carry alone. Whether you are navigating the pressure of a new career, the complexities of moving to a new country, or the quiet struggle of anxiety and self-doubt, I am here to offer a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental sanctuary where you can truly be heard.
I believe that therapy should move at your pace, never rushing or pushing before you are ready. My clients often describe me as calm, grounded, and easy to talk to. Together, we will build a collaborative relationship where you can explore your experiences without fear of judgment.
To help you feel more in control of your daily life, I integrate practical, evidence-based tools tailored to your specific needs.
I understand that expressing your deepest emotions is often easiest in the language that feels most natural to you. That is why I am proud to offer therapy in both English and Farsi. My background gives me a deep appreciation for how cultural identity affects mental wellness, allowing me to support you with genuine empathy and insight.
I practice what I encourage: balance. Outside of the clinic, I find my own equilibrium through reflection, meaningful connection, and the simple routines that keep me centered. I bring this same warmth and care to our work together, helping you take steady steps toward a more fulfilling life.
“My goal is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling grounded in your own story.”
